Straight lines and simple, sleek design make this series our top seller. Hand-shaped arm pads and sculpted back posts complete this contemporary design. Well suited for residential, commercial, or trade show use. Two coats of finish ensure lasting beauty. Please note that while we encourage you to enjoy your Gold Medal Director’s Chair anywhere you choose, these chairs are not outdoor furniture. As such, they should not be stored outdoors or left outdoors for prolonged periods of time. Doing so will probably ruin the finish and will certainly void the manufacturer’s warranty. If you use your chairs outdoors they should be returned indoors and away from direct sunlight when not in use. Seat measures 18″ from the floor when in use. Weight limit: 350 pounds. This chair was a gift for my brother-in-law and he’s in love with it. Everything was perfect. The chair smelled pretty strongly of spray paint at first, so if you’re sensitive to that type of thing or gifting to someone who is, you’ll want to give it a chance to air out before using it.

We are enjoying our chairs. They are clearly well made. The dowels to put the canvas seat on have to be an exact size for them to work correctly and one of ours was a little long. One of our chairs has one leg that is a little longer than the others, I would have sent it back but it settles evenly when someone sits in it. Other than those minor things the chairs are great. They work really well for our purposes and fold up nicely.
