Please note that while we encourage you to enjoy your Gold Medal Director’s Chair anywhere you choose, these chairs are not outdoor furniture. As such, they should not be stored outdoors or left outdoors for prolonged periods of time. Doing so will probably ruin the finish and will certainly void the manufacturer’s warranty. If you use your chairs outdoors they should be returned indoors and away from direct sunlight when not in use. Weight limit: 350 pounds.

Found it difficult to reach someone.. I left a few messages before I received a call back. Once I reached someone everything went smoothly and quickly.
Fast and easy!
I didn’t use the website since I’ve ordered from you before, so can’t comment on that. Customer service was a bit slower than previous orders. In the end it all worked out, but had I not ordered as early as I had, I don’t think the in-hands date would have been met. I also had to follow-up on the order several times. I understand that my rep had some family sickness, so I realize this may have been a one-time incident.
