Delivery was very prompt but they sent the wrong colored chairs with the wrong colored canvas seats and backs. Customer service was very helpful and the order was corrected with a second shipment and a return UPS label for the original shipment.
Website is good, but confusing with the embroidery ready versus regular canvas backs listed. I thought I was getting embroidery ready backs but received regular backs instead to go with the embroidery ready backs I ordered to replace some old ones that came in the same order. I dealt with customer service online because it was difficult to get a person on the phone to talk to. Probably my fault for not confirming exactly what I ordered to begin with, but would have thought maybe customer service would have followed up when the order for the replacement seats and backs were made at the same time.
I had left two messages on VM with no response. I called both times during business hours and no one picked up. My third call was answered, and I was able to ask the question that helped me place the order.
I ordered and it arrived.
