Reprint was terrific — color match was much better! Wish canvas on chair back was a little thicker/more opaque, so that the double-sided printing wouldn’t be seen from the respective opposite sides under the bright lights in the convention center’s exhibit hall.

The cover set was exactly what I needed, and it fit perfectly! However, the $10 delivery charge was too high. When the item was only $24.95 and very light, $10 was too much to pay for shipping.

I give the chair store a 5 star even though my order originally was delayed due to a Fed X mis delivery. I got a case number but the chair store didnt make me wait. They sent me my covers plus a free set for the inconvenience. I had ordered from them before, the service was great. Their Customer service is always available and it’s a real person. I’m sure there was nothing you could have done about this but, a few days after installation, one of the dowels holding a seat in place broke into fragments and pulled loose. I replaced it with a dowel from the hardware store and all is fine. I doubt the original was visibly defective, so I don’t blame you folks for it but thought you should know.

Canvas is thicker than before, therefore difficult to slide fabric down the groove. Maybe our older chairs have a narrow groove? You need more patterns with stripes!
