The Original Director’s Chair, this classic design won the 1892 World’s Fair Award for Excellence in Casual Furniture. Made from 100% American Beech, this sturdy chair will provide years of enjoyment in your home, boat, campsite, or backyard. Two coats of finish ensure lasting beauty. Please note that while we encourage you to enjoy your Gold Medal Director’s Chair anywhere you choose, these chairs are not outdoor furniture. As such, they should not be stored outdoors or left outdoors for prolonged periods of time. Doing so will probably ruin the finish and will certainly void the manufacturer’s warranty. If you use your chairs outdoors they should be returned indoors and away from direct sunlight when not in use. Seat measures 18″ from the floor when in use. Weight limit: 350 pounds.
