The Commercial Series is designed to provide a lifetime of use – no matter what you throw at it.
The Gold Medal Commercial Series Chair is the most recent addition to the Gold Medal line. This chair features the comfort-shaped armpads of the Classic Series and a reinforced leg rack with a design similar to the Contemporary Series. This leg rack features thicker wood, larger dowels, and 1/8″ thick steel brackets to reinforce the joint between the legs and seat rail. This chair will provide years of trouble-free commercial use. Two coats of finish ensure lasting beauty. Please note that while we encourage you to enjoy your Gold Medal Director’s Chair anywhere you choose, these chairs are not outdoor furniture. As such, they should not be stored outdoors or left outdoors for prolonged periods of time. Doing so will probably ruin the finish and will certainly void the manufacturer’s warranty. If you use your chairs outdoors they should be returned indoors and away from direct sunlight when not in use. Seat measures 18″ from the floor when in use. Weight limit: 350 pounds. Features a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Ships within 3-5 business days. Allow an additional 2 business days for custom embroidery and printing. Rush shipping is available.

I read about the Gold Medal director’s chair and was so pleased to discover the original, high quality chair is still being made. My partner has used a director’s chair for 30 years. The last few off brands we bought haven’t held up well. This chair seems very well made and the color selection was great.
