Straight lines and simple, sleek design make this series our top seller. Hand-shaped arm pads and sculpted back posts complete this contemporary design. Well suited for residential, commercial, or trade show use. Two coats of finish ensure lasting beauty. Please note that while we encourage you to enjoy your Gold Medal Director’s Chair anywhere you choose, these chairs are not outdoor furniture. As such, they should not be stored outdoors or left outdoors for prolonged periods of time. Doing so will probably ruin the finish and will certainly void the manufacturer’s warranty. If you use your chairs outdoors they should be returned indoors and away from direct sunlight when not in use. Seat measures 24″ from the floor when in use. Weight limit: 350 pounds. Very comfortable and fairly easy to carry. Love the footrest which does not need to be unscrewed each time the chair needs to be folded.

We love the chairs that we ordered. I have been looking for truly “folding” chairs for a long time. The only issue is that the foot of each chair is not flat on the floor and so it is necessary to actually use a saw to make them flat in order to put a non-scratch pad on them. But other than that, they are perfect!

I love the customization these offer–I have a kneeling chair and wanted something I could switch off with during the day. The chair is great and just perfect for our guest room. However, the chair did arrive with imperfections in the wood finish (rough arears of grain lift and raised drips/runs). The one front wooden cross member has what appears to be a black streak from a presumed permanent marker. Not a major deal but it was a bit disappointing.
