I’m sure there was nothing you could have done about this but, a few days after installation, one of the dowels holding a seat in place broke into fragments and pulled loose. I replaced it with a dowel from the hardware store and all is fine. I doubt the original was visibly defective, so I don’t blame you folks for it but thought you should know.

I understand your canvas replacement is for your chairs.
However, I think it would be helpful if you can choose the size of canvas for the chair and then choose round stick or flat stick. My issue was, I had one chair that is super old that may or may not have been your product. I needed the round stick but the canvas size (19.5″) for the round stick was too small for one of the chairs as I need the size (22.5″) that comes with the flat stick which was perfect for the other three chairs I have. Ideally 21.5″ with the round stick would’ve been perfect! -

Flat stick seat cover fits as expected. It appeared that the dye for one of the seat covers was not evenly applied, leaving a chevron pattern on part of the cover. Not serious enough a problem to return.
