Very pleased with the quality . Do you have director’s chairs that have a seat height of 21inches? If so, what color is the wood and what is the cost with the leather seat and back?

This was a total disaster of a purchase! When I received my chair, I could tell that a lot of detail went into making the chair. It was beautiful. However, I noticed that the screws on the side were in wrong. It was noticeable and I also didn’t want it to break. It was clear that whoever looked over it before packaging didn’t do their job. I reached out to customer service about it. She told me they would send a new chair right away. A week or so later, she asked if I would accept new screws in case it broke. Which was interesting because in the previous email she said a new one would be shipped right away. I let her know I was expecting a new chair that wasn’t made incorrectly. A week or so later she asked me again if I had shipped the chair. I had sent a picture of the chair so they could see it was made incorrectly. This was horrible customer service!
Our order was not delivered by the in-hands date even though I had called to confirm prior to ordering. We had to fight with them to get them to ship them overnight-air at their cost even though they admitted it was their error. Then received the canvas back printed in the wrong color even though it was noted on both the initial order and discussed again after they sent it wrong in the proof. They said they would send new canvas backs printed correctly and still have not received. A very poor experience. I hope they make it right and send the new backs as promised.
