Textilene is a specially formulated high strength fabric built to withstand fading, mildew, soiling, and wear and tear, remaining vibrant and colorful for many years. Also, our Textilene Outdoor cover sets are eligible for screen printing, so you can personalize these cover sets with your logo or custom text (additional fees apply).     Delivery was very prompt but they sent the wrong colored chairs with the wrong colored canvas seats and backs. Customer service was very helpful and the order was corrected with a second shipment and a return UPS label for the original shipment.
    Website is good, but confusing with the embroidery ready versus regular canvas backs listed. I thought I was getting embroidery ready backs but received regular backs instead to go with the embroidery ready backs I ordered to replace some old ones that came in the same order. I dealt with customer service online because it was difficult to get a person on the phone to talk to. Probably my fault for not confirming exactly what I ordered to begin with, but would have thought maybe customer service would have followed up when the order for the replacement seats and backs were made at the same time.

    I had left two messages on VM with no response. I called both times during business hours and no one picked up. My third call was answered, and I was able to ask the question that helped me place the order.
