With the addition of rockers to a standard 18″ Contemporary chair, we’ve created a new standard-bearer when it comes to comfort and relaxation in a director’s chair. Whether at home, at your condo, or on your houseboat, front-porch-sittin’ will never be the same again. Hand-shaped arm pads and sculpted back posts complete this contemporary yet timeless design. Well suited for residential, commercial, or trade show use, the Gold Medal Rocking Director’s Chair utilizes the same heavy-duty round-stick canvas set as all other Gold Medal Director’s Chairs. Two coats of finish ensure lasting beauty. Please note that while we encourage you to enjoy your Gold Medal Director’s Chair anywhere you choose, these chairs are not outdoor furniture. As such, they should not be stored outdoors or left outdoors for prolonged periods of time. Doing so will probably ruin the finish and will certainly void the manufacturer’s warranty. If you use your chairs outdoors they should be returned indoors and away from direct sunlight when not in use. Seat measures 18″ from the floor when in use. Weight limit: 350 pounds. Found it difficult to reach someone.. I left a few messages before I received a call back. Once I reached someone everything went smoothly and quickly.
Fast and easy!
I didn’t use the website since I’ve ordered from you before, so can’t comment on that. Customer service was a bit slower than previous orders. In the end it all worked out, but had I not ordered as early as I had, I don’t think the in-hands date would have been met. I also had to follow-up on the order several times. I understand that my rep had some family sickness, so I realize this may have been a one-time incident.
We really like the final product but when it was delivered the chairs were covered with oil that had to be cleaned off.
